Eligibility Criteria

Office Assistant (Multipurpose)	Graduation in any discipline, Proficiency in local language, Computer knowledge desirable.
Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager)	Graduation in any discipline. Preference: Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Veterinary Science, IT, Management, Law, Economics, Accountancy. Local language + Computer knowledge.
Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer)	Graduation with 50% marks. Preference: Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture etc. + 2 years experience.
Officer Scale-II (CA)	CA Exam Passed + 1 year experience.
Officer Scale-II (Law)	Law Degree with 50% marks + 2 years experience as advocate or Law Officer.
Officer Scale-II (Marketing)	MBA in Marketing + 1 year experience.
Officer Scale-II (Treasury Manager)	CA / MBA (Finance) + 1 year experience.
Officer Scale-II (Agriculture)	Graduation in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Veterinary/ Dairy/ Pisciculture etc. + 2 years experience.
Officer Scale-II (IT)	Graduation in IT/ Computer Science/ Electronics with 50% marks. Certificate in ASP, PHP, C++, Java etc desirable + 1 year experience.
Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager)	Graduation with 50% marks (Preference: Banking/ Finance/ Agriculture etc.) + Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Officer.
